Off to Esalen with Tara and Michelle, to partake in Sally Kempton's five-day meditation retreat in Big Sur. We are driving up North in a few moments and I am so looking forward to being with my guru. I will leave the computer and bring my notebook. I will be back on Saturday and look forward to bringing back boons from Sally, from being in this most gorgeous spot, from being with close friends and from all that meditating.
