A day in the life of a yoga teacher

I am grateful to my students from my Wednesday morning and evening class...
Grateful for:

Seeing Jody come up the stairs to my class saying, "Hi Doll."
Seeing Gayle, Nori, Erika, Alana, Alexandra, Nathan, and Michael in class- I hadn't seen them in a while.
Listening to Sohalia say her lower back didn't hurt in cobra.
Helping Kevin get his shoulder blades on his back in Down Dog.
Watching Andrea's front thigh bone in Warrior 2 deepen.
Seeing Jody help Gabriel in Handstand.
Watching Joyce, Lynn and Raye kick up fearlessly into handstand.
Observing Nathan and Chutney do handstand on two blocks in the middle of the room.
After all these years, watching Michael go up into Urdhva Dhanurasana for the first time!
Helping Alexis do Urdhva without pain.
Watching Kimberly, Linga, Ally, and Gayle do Bhujangasana 2

Helping Matt after class.
Listening to Gabriel's questions.
Corey after class telling me all the backbends in class made his spine feel like he was 17 again.

Lastly, I am grateful for Ryan Knight.
There was a mat laid down for Ryan, with flowers. I am so grateful to him for sharing his light with all of us. We will miss you buddy.
Ryan's memorial services will be Saturday the 24th, at 3PM. They will be held at the Bel Air Presbyterian Church in Mulholland Drive.

Namaste everyone.
Thank you.
