Maui
On my way to Maui tomorrow morning. Will be there with my boyfriend till the 5th of January. That's twelve days! Usually when I go away I go to see family in Puerto Rico or to study with John or other wonderful teachers.
This is different.
This is strictly a vacation.
And because of that, I feel weird!
Like I need an excuse or something.
I immediately checked the yoga studio in town, in Haiku, and made sure I got the schedule for Anusara classes.
I plan to meditate and hopefully study again with Ram Dass.
But yes, most importantly, I think what would be best for me is just to play. Lila.
To celebrate the joy of being alive.
To celebrate Maui: sun, beaches, volcanos, waterfalls, relaxing.
To just play- sometimes that's the hardest thing to do.
